Review the details before making plans.

A saved enquiry, an accepted slot and a confirmed appointment are different stages. Check your actual request rather than assuming an email means every step is complete.

Check who and what the request is for

Review the professional, service type and scope. Counselling, legal consultation and mediation are not interchangeable; neither is an appointment with JD AI.

Confirm whether the request is online or in person. For an in-person meeting, verify the actual address. Ask about the intended language rather than assuming every language is offered.

Check the time and fee

Read the date, time zone and duration carefully. A commercial consultation's access is governed by its confirmed status, applicable payment verification and fixed session window.

Use the fee shown for the actual professional and session, not an estimated amount in an article. Do not assume that submitting an enquiry authorises a payment or confirms a refund policy.

An appointment invitation should identify that appointment. Email verification proves access to the assigned email; it does not replace professional acceptance, payment requirements or the scheduled call window.

Do not forward private access codes or put appointment links into public posts. Keep questions about an enquiry limited to the information necessary to arrange support.
