JD

Hi. I’m here. What’s on your mind?

You can share as much or as little as you like.

JD processes and stores your message in your account. It is not shared with your partner unless you choose.
Or start with a thought

JD won't tell you whether to stay or leave. It helps you see clearly.

How it works

A clearer question can change the conversation.

JD helps you slow down, separate what happened from what you felt, and decide what you want to ask next. It does not decide for you.

A moment with JD

Start where you are. Find a way forward.

You do not need a polished explanation. Start with a thought and work through it privately, one question at a time.

  • Understand what happened without jumping to conclusions.
  • Prepare something you may want to say or ask.
  • Explore next steps and prepare questions for qualified local help.

Illustrative exchange · not a real conversation

You“We keep arguing about money, and I freeze when it starts.”
JD

“That sounds difficult. What usually starts the conversation? We can separate what happened from what you felt, then find one question you might want to ask next.”

Appointment and payment information
What happens when I ask to book?

You can review available support and submit a request where offered. It is not confirmed until a provider accepts and the website clearly tells you so.

Can I choose how we meet?

Audio, video and in-person options may be offered. Options depend on the provider and your location.

Are fees and payment enabled?

Any approved fee should be shown before you request. Online payment is not enabled, and a request does not charge you or reserve a time.

Does JD replace a lawyer or counsellor?

No. JD can help you reflect and prepare questions. It is not legal advice, therapy or emergency support.

Mine · Yours · Ours

Two private spaces. One shared space.

  • My thoughts stay private from my partner.Your JD chats and notes do not become visible to them unless you explicitly share.
  • Your partner's thoughts stay theirs. They get their own private space. You never see into it.
  • Common Ground is shared by choice.A topic opens only when both people choose to participate. Perspectives appear only after both independently approve sharing theirs. You can withdraw yours.

Choose your location and reply language

JD can reply in five languages; the interface is in English. Country helps filter support options and safety contacts, not guarantee local legal guidance.

Professional coverage varies by location. “Another country” does not mean local experts are available.

Privacy

You decide what leaves your private space.

Private from your partner

Your JD chats and notes start private. Connecting with someone does not give them access to either.

Explicit sharing

You choose what to share, item by item, and see a preview first.

Stored for your account

JD processes what you send and saves your chats and notes so you can return to them.

Room to change your mind

In Common Ground, you can withdraw a topic answer or disconnect the connection.

Private from a partner does not mean JD cannot process or store what you share. Self-service data export and permanent erasure are not currently available. Please avoid entering information you do not want stored. Read the current privacy and data status.

A place to begin

You don't have to know what comes next.

Start with what is on your mind. Stay in a private conversation, or explore one topic together when you are ready.
