Service policy
Refunds, cancellations & service credits.
A clear distinction between JustDivorse technology services, consumer JD access and the professional’s own fees. JustDivorse is operated by PCOX Internet Private Limited.
Individual service reviews · Online checkout awaiting activation01 / Scope
Know which service was ordered.
This policy explains review and adjustment of separately ordered PCOX technology services. An accepted written service agreement and service order determine the services actually supplied and the applicable charges. This summary does not change a signed agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Professional-firm technology
Qualifying active workspaces, separately ordered managed or staffed video, and completed document-organisation services. Charges require authorisation and verified delivery.
Consumer JD subscription
The advertised JD access price is ₹299 per month. Features, usage allowances, the start date and subscription-specific cancellation/refund conditions require written confirmation before subscribing. Do not assume that firm technology-credit terms automatically apply to a consumer subscription.
Online checkout awaiting activation. Displayed prices and requests for subscription details do not themselves create a paid order, start a renewal or authorise collection. Contact support to obtain the applicable written terms before committing to a subscription.
02 / Cancellations
Only authorised, delivered technology is billable.
If you need to cancel an ordered technology service, contact support with the order reference as soon as possible. We review whether any qualifying technical service was actually delivered under the accepted order.
- Undelivered technical services, unsuccessful connections, test calls and platform-caused failures are not billable under the applicable technology-service terms.
- A mere booking, account registration, dormant workspace or automatic client record does not qualify as an active-workspace charge.
- Any separately authorised work already completed is reviewed against its actual delivery and accepted terms. This is not a blanket promise that completed services are refundable or that unused days are prorated.
- A physical meeting itself does not create a PCOX attendance, referral or booking fee.
A cancellation email requests review; it does not by itself confirm cancellation of a professional’s appointment. Confirm any professional appointment change directly with the professional.
03 / Technical faults
A failed service should not be billed as delivered.
Managed video affected by a verified platform fault: the service is re-performed without an additional charge or appropriately credited, according to the accepted technology-service terms and the incident review.
We review non-sensitive technical evidence such as connection timestamps, the ordered support deliverable and the reported failure. Premium staffed-video charges require actual allocation of the selected technical operator and evidenced connected minutes. Test calls, failed connections and unstaffed time are excluded.
The managed-video service charge and the alternative premium staffed-video charge must never both apply to the same session. Duplicate or incorrectly measured charges are subject to correction.
04 / Billing review
Corrections, credits and monetary refunds.
For firm technology invoices covered by the private-technology agreement, raise an objection within 10 working days after invoice receipt. The parties review the underlying technical records and issue appropriate credit notes for non-delivered, duplicate or incorrectly measured services. This contractual review window does not remove any non-waivable legal rights.
Unpaid or incorrect invoice
An invoice correction or service credit adjusts the amount due. It is not a cash refund where no money was received.
Amount already paid
Any monetary refund is assessed under the accepted agreement and applicable rights. Support confirms the approved amount, payment reference, method and expected processing date in writing after review.
Monetary refunds require individual review and written confirmation. Sending a request is not an approval. The applicable agreement and payment-provider processing determine the outcome and timing; this page does not promise a universal bank-settlement deadline.
05 / Separate professional services
The professional handles their own fees.
Legal professional fees are independently agreed, invoiced and received by the law firm. PCOX does not collect those fees for onward disbursal under the technology arrangement. Professional consultation cancellation, adjournment, fee disputes and refunds must be raised with the professional or invoice issuer under that engagement’s terms and applicable rights.
We can help identify the correct support contact, but a PCOX technology-service credit is not a refund of legal advice or another professional’s fee. The same distinction between the platform’s technology service and an independent provider’s engagement applies when reviewing other professional-service enquiries.

Ask us to review the service.
Email care@justdivorse.com with the order or invoice reference, invoice date, service affected, a brief technical description and the remedy requested. Please do not email private conversations, legal documents, passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.
The button opens your email app; you must send the message yourself. If it does not open, copy care@justdivorse.com into your email app. We confirm the review outcome in writing; this page does not claim a request has already been submitted or approved.
