Eligible accounts currently receive 10 free voice minutes per day, shared across My JD and JD Mentor. There is no card on file and no automatic charge. When the day's allowance is used, voice pauses until it resets; nothing is billed.

JD subscription
The advertised consumer JD access price is ₹299 per month. Request written plan details covering included features, usage allowances, any applicable taxes, the activation date and cancellation/refund conditions before subscribing. Professional consultation fees are separate; this is not a professional-firm technology subscription.

Audio, video and private-workspace technology
These are firm-facing technology reference rates, not prices for a lawyer’s advice, customer audio/video consultations or professional outcomes. Only an eligible professional firm’s separately accepted written service order and actual technical delivery can make a service billable. Displaying these rates does not activate a paid service.

No mandatory firm subscription or minimum commitment. The ₹499 rate is usage-based for an actively used workspace, not an unconditional monthly subscription. Dormant accounts, mere registration and bookings alone do not create this charge.
- Rates exclude applicable GST. Qualifying services are normally invoiced to the firm monthly in arrears after activation.
- Managed and premium staffed video are alternatives: never both for the same session. Additional managed-video blocks need separate authorisation.
- Basic video access alone, test calls, failed connections and undelivered technical services do not trigger these managed or staffed-video charges.
- Physical attendance itself does not trigger a PCOX referral, booking or meeting charge. Any professional fee remains the professional’s own.
- No automatic debit, new customer call charge, workspace billing or subscription activation is enabled by this page.

Professional fees are independent. A law firm agrees, invoices and receives its own professional fees. PCOX does not collect those fees for onward disbursal under the private-technology arrangement. Firm-facing technology charges and consumer JD access remain separate.
